We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualiser specializing in interior design to create high-quality 3D models and visual outputs using SketchUp. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, material understanding, and an interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance design efficiency and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces using SketchUp based on design briefs and drawings
- Apply materials, textures, lighting, and styling to produce realistic visualizations
- Work closely with architects and interior designers to interpret concepts and translate them into 3D visuals
- Produce presentation-ready views, walkthroughs, and renders
- Maintain accuracy of layouts without altering design intent
- Integrate AI tools/workflows (for rendering, upscaling, mood generation, etc.) to improve speed and quality
- Optimize models for performance and presentation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of interior design elements, materials, and spatial planning
- Experience with rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion or similar) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of AI tools used in design workflows (e.g., image generation, rendering enhancement, automation tools)
- Good visualization and composition skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
