Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior System Administrator with strong hands-on experience in AWS, Linux, Docker, DevOps, and especially WordPress & WordPress Multisite management. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling server administration, cloud infrastructure, performance optimization, deployments, and troubleshooting for high-traffic web applications.

- WordPress Multisite (Mandatory)
- WP-CLI, Redis, OPCache, php-fpm
- MySQL/MariaDB Optimization
- SSL, CDN, Cloudflare & Security Hardening
- GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure and Linux servers
- Deploy and maintain WordPress single-site & multisite environments
- Troubleshoot server, database, PHP, and WordPress performance issues
- Configure Docker-based deployments and CI/CD workflows
- Monitor application/server performance using CloudWatch, New Relic, etc.
- Handle backups, security, caching, and scaling
- Deploy applications using Nginx/Apache and manage hosting environments
Good to Have:
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- ECS & Fargate
- Experience with WPEngine, Kinsta, CloudWays, GridPane, Pantheon, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience handling high-traffic WordPress websites
- Good understanding of DevOps workflows and web security
- Ability to work independently and manage production environments
