Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Tally Faculty to deliver practical and theory-based training in Tally software. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and the ability to train students effectively while preparing them for industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Tally, accounting, and taxation.
- Teach concepts including:
- SAP
- MS Office
- Tally Prime
- Zoho
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions and evaluate student performance.
- Provide career guidance and interview preparation support.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and training records.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, GST regulations, and Tally features.
- Coordinate with the placement team to improve students' employability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Certification in Tally Prime is an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in Tally.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
