2. Technical Lead & Architect
Position type: Permanent-Full time.
- Architectural Design: Architect the product according to the requirement specification considering key attributes such as reliability, performance, scalability and security
- 10+ years of hands-on experience developing large and complex applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
- Strong experience in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and UI/UX design.
- Very good experience in database design.
- Must be ready to work as a senior developer (coding is mandatory) and also as a technical lead.
- Well experienced with agile project management and execution.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a team member.
- Must have prior experience to mentor and lead a team of developers.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
