Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter patient details, sample information, and test requests into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Verify patient information and ensure all data is complete and error-free before processing.
- Prepare, update, and maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Pathologists, Laboratory Technicians, and other departments for timely report generation.
- Scan, upload, and organize patient records and laboratory documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
- Maintain daily records of pending, completed, and dispatched reports.
- Follow laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Perform other administrative and departmental tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology)
- M.Sc. (Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology)
- DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology)
- ADMLT (Advanced Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology)
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with high accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information System (LIS) will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting timelines.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in Data Entry, Histopathology, Diagnostic Laboratory, Hospital, or Healthcare Industry.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
