AI Creative Producer, Image and Video (Generative AI)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an AI Creative Producer to create images and videos primarily through AI prompting for our D2C ecommerce clients. You will own the full generative workflow, from concept and prompt design through iteration and finishing, producing high performing ad creative, product visuals, and social content at speed and at a fraction of traditional production cost. This is a hands-on production role for someone who lives inside generative tools and has the visual judgement to make their output launch ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept and Generation:

Produce high quality images and videos using AI, across text to image, image to image, text to video, and image to video, for performance ads, product visuals, and social content.

Own the generative workflow end to end, including concept, scriptwriting, visual storyboarding, prompt design, generation, and iteration.
Pipelines and Brand Consistency:

Build and maintain controllable, repeatable pipelines, for example node based ComfyUI workflows, reference images, and style references, to hold brand and product consistency across a batch of assets.

Create AI product and lifestyle imagery, background replacement, and relighting to reduce dependence on physical product shoots.
Performance Creative:

Produce UGC style and spokesperson style AI video, including AI voiceover and avatars, for rapid ad testing.

Generate high volumes of ad variants and resize to platform specs for Meta, Instagram, and YouTube to support hook and creative testing.
Finishing and Collaboration:

Finish and composite AI output in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects so assets are launch ready and on brand.

Partner with performance, account, and creative teams, and translate briefs into finished assets on time.

Track fast moving generative tools and bring new, reliable techniques into the team workflow.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in a visual, motion, or multimedia craft, with a demonstrable body of AI generated work.

Must have worked with D2C ecommerce brands, or with agencies that provide services to D2C ecommerce brands. This is mandatory.

A portfolio that shows real generated image and video output, not just prompts. A portfolio or showreel is mandatory to be shortlisted.

Hands-on with AI image tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly, plus at least one controllable pipeline such as ComfyUI or Stable Diffusion. Familiarity with Ideogram, Flux, Google Imagen, and Recraft is a strong plus.

Hands-on with current AI video tools such as Google Veo, OpenAI Sora, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, or Luma.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro or After Effects for cleanup, editing, and compositing. AI voice and avatar tools such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or Synthesia are a plus.

Strong prompt craft and visual judgement across composition, lighting, colour, and text in image.

Understanding of Meta ad formats and performance creative principles is a plus.

Based in Noida or East Delhi, or willing to relocate. This is a work from office role at our Noida office, Berry Coworks, Sector 142.
