Job Description:
- Greeting customers and answering the calls, WhatsApp, online orders.
- Handling Customers complains and Concerns in a timely manner.
- Responding to questions.
- Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals.
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone.
- Being able to solve problems is key to customer service.
- Good Communication.
- Active listening and responsive to the calls.
- Should have technical knowledge.
- Can handle customers on call patiently.
