About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Medical Representative to join our growing pharmaceutical sales team.
If you have a strong Pharma sales background, good doctor coverage, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals, and Healthcare Professionals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and prescription-generation targets.
- Develop and grow business within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Provide product information and communicate the key benefits and differentiators of assigned products.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, pharmacies, and other channel partners.
- Track market trends and competitor activities and share relevant feedback with the management team.
- Maintain daily visit reports and regularly update sales performance.
- Participate in product campaigns, meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales / Medical Representative roles.
- Strong Pharma industry background is preferred.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and the local healthcare market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Candidates currently working with or having experience in reputed pharmaceutical companies will be preferred.
