Doma and Boma Foods Pvt. Ltd. runs popular restaurants and bakeries in Kolkata, known for their fusion of Himalayan, Tibetan, and Asian cuisines. We are looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Associates to join our team and deliver memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take and relay food & beverage orders accurately to the kitchen/bar
- Serve dishes and beverages promptly, ensuring quality presentation
- Recommend specials, desserts, and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
- Assist with setup and closing duties (tables, supplies, stock)
- Handle guest queries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th pass or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality/service preferred, but freshers may apply
- Good communication skills (Fluent English and Hindi/Bengali helpful)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and passion for guest service
