We are looking for an energetic and result - driven " Field Sales Executive " to expend our presence across Hotels , Cafe's, Restaurants, Canteens , and foods outlets, meet concerned authorities, follow ups regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Canteens, and food outlets daily.
- Generate new leads through market visits.
- Meet chefs, purchase managers, owners, or decision-makers.
- Explain MRK Foods products, pricing, and benefits.
- Take orders and ensure lead-to-order conversion.
- Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up records.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings to close pending leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Collect customer feedback and market.
Required Skills -
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Basic knowledge of Excel or mobile reporting tools
Educational Qualifications:
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience: 1–4 years in field sales / HORECA / FMCG
- Age: Below 35 years
Salary - Depends On Interview
Other Requirements :
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai
- Familiarity with local market and food industry
