Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, networking, and building professional relationships while learning about IT services and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Generate and maintain leads using CRM or Excel trackers
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Schedule meetings and support business discussions with prospects
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Assist in proposal sharing, follow-ups, and business coordination
- Support the sales and business development team in day-to-day activities
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and internet tools
- Interest in IT services, software solutions, and client interaction
- Good learning attitude and professional approach
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn outreach or lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales trackers
- Internship or exposure in sales/business development is a plus
