Job Description:
· Expertise with product Design & Development, Concept Design and hands on calculation of the design.
· Develop the electrical components considering cost & safety.
· To complete electrical deliverable like wiring diagram, bill of material, PLC programing, logic, electrical layouts etc.
· Conduct FMEA.
· Identify and select electrical materials needed for production.
· Test prototype – collect design data and validate.
· Obtain approval on Product Designed.
· Prepare Bill of Material and drawings for production.
· Work with production team to evaluate process.
· Required extremely strong ownership capabilities to handle complete design project & responsible to deliver results.
· Reverse Engineering.
· Product testing and certification program as per standard.
Qualities required:
· Leadership quality and self-starter
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D), PLC, Scada.
· Should able to read thoroughly Engineering Design & Related books.
· Strong analytical & problem solving skill.
· Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
Qualification:
· Degree / Diploma in Electronics / Production.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
