Job Title: Placement Coordinator
Job Role
- The candidate will be responsible all activities pertaining to placement of the students
of Sharadha Skill Academy
- The job entails the following: – (The points in red are priority)
- Assist in day to day operation related activities at the centre
- Seek appointments with HR personnel of various companies for placements of our
- students
- Co-ordinate with the students as per their interview schedule.
- Co-ordinate with the company and take feedback review of the candidate sent for the
interview.
- Enter student and company details on the internal software of the company
- Keep track of student progress during their training
- Co-ordinate with students undergoing training at the centre for their classes for
feedback.
- Collecting program feedback, reviews, and testimonials from students.
Required Skill:
- Good Communication & interpersonal/social skills
- Pleasing Personality and Presentable
- Good Co-ordination skills
- Should have eye on details
- Good at planning & executing the tasks
- Strong analytical skills
- Well versed with the online job portals
- Functional knowledge of Excel & Word
- Proactive, Enthusiastic
