Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes within utility industries.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP for Utilities CRM modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP for Utilities CRM and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
