Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute engaging social media content calendars across various platforms. Manage and grow Ekayan Foundation's social media presence, increasing followers and engagement. Create compelling visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and captions, aligned with the organization's brand voice. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to improve Ekayan Foundation's social media efforts. Analyze social media data and provide reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and website traffic. Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions. Collaborate with the communications team to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing and outreach strategies. Assist in the development and implementation of social media campaigns for specific events or initiatives. Research and identify potential influencers or partners for social media collaborations. Stay updated on best practices in social media marketing and digital communication.
Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and an eye for design. Proficiency in using social media management tools is a plus.
Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated ability in Social Media Management, with a keen understanding of platform dynamics and audience engagement strategies. Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (SMM), including campaign execution and content optimization to drive awareness and impact. A strategic mindset for developing and implementing effective Social Media Strategy to achieve organizational goals. Skills in Marketing Analytics to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
