Spectrum Solar Power is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online marketing initiatives and generate high-quality business leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, content planning, and performance analysis.
This role is best suited for professionals who have hands-on experience managing digital campaigns and delivering measurable marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through digital channels.
- Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate content creation, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (Google My Business) to improve local visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Improve website traffic and online visibility through SEO best practices.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion activities.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend new growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience in social media management and content marketing.
- Experience in digital lead generation and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience managing Google Business Profile (GMB).
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication, content planning, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the solar, electrical, construction, or home improvement industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Experience with video marketing and short-form content creation.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
