Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Schedule appointments, counseling sessions, or meetings for the sales/admissions team.
- Follow up with warm leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Build and maintain strong communication with prospects.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and conversions.
