Position: Store Manager – Luxury Jewellery Retail

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Weekly Off: Thursday
Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience for high-value jewellery purchases.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock management, and coordination with the back office.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requirements.
- Maintain visual merchandising and luxury retail standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, security protocols, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in jewellery retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Mandatory experience in the jewellery industry (gold, diamond, polki, luxury jewellery).
- Strong sales orientation and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience handling store operations, inventory, and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach.

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
