We are looking for an experienced and proactive E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our presence across multiple online marketplaces and D2C channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across platforms including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, Snapdeal, AJIO, Tata CLiQ, LimeRoad, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
- Coordinate with respective account managers and platform teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and execute platform events, promotions, sales campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Monitor product listings, inventory, pricing, catalog updates, and order fulfillment.
- Build strong relationships with marketplace teams to maximize visibility, sales, and growth opportunities.
- Track sales performance, analyze reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure platform compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams including inventory, logistics, marketing, and customer support.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with platform account managers and cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of marketplace operations, sales planning, catalog management, and online merchandising.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
