About the Role
Open Secret is looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Intern to connect with customers who have purchased Open Secret products, understand their experience, collect feedback, and help resolve their queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers who have purchased Open Secret products.
- Collect feedback on their purchase and product experience.
- Understand and resolve basic customer queries over the phone.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and interactions.
- Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
