Position: Engineer
Department: PPC
Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical )
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary : UP to 3 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Plan raw material requirements based on production schedules.
- Track production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Maintain WIP (Work-in-Progress) and inventory control.
- Generate production reports, MIS, and planning dashboards.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and production efficiency.
- Follow up on pending orders and prioritize urgent requirements.
- Maintain production planning records in ERP/Excel.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Good understanding of BOM, Routing, and Production Scheduling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Capacity Planning
- Inventory Management
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Lean Manufacturing / 5S (Preferred)
- Manufacturing KPI Monitoring (OTIF, OEE, Productivity)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
