ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a field service engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our power products at customer sites. The role requires strong technical skills and good customer communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, commission, and test power products at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults in electrical/power equipment.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation after each site visit.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and complaint resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and basic training to end-users at site.
- Follow safety standards and company protocols on all assignments.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or project experience in service/maintenance is a plus.
