Job Description :
We are seeking experienced Workday HCM Consultants to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Workday HCM modules, ensuring data integrity, and providing functional support to HR teams. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to implement system enhancements, support configuration changes, and drive the successful adoption of Workday features across the organization. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementation and support
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, and Performance
- Experience with Workday configuration, business process configuration, and security administration
- Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into system solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Workday reporting tools including Report Writer and dashboards
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, and Performance
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the Workday platform across all modules
- Provide functional support to HR teams and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement system enhancements
- Support configuration changes, testing, and rollout of new Workday features and updates
- Generate custom reports and dashboards as required by HR and management teams
- Assist in user training and create comprehensive documentation for Workday

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
