Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers, address their queries effectively, and collect valuable feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Explain services clearly and confidently to generate interest.
- Convince and guide customers based on their requirements.
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve service quality.
- Maintain a record of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convince and engage customers effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
