Job Responsibilities – HR Manager
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Manage payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
- Drive performance management systems and appraisal processes
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
