Remuneration: INR 15,000-20,000 (for initial 6 months)
Full-Time: INR 2.82 lpa- 4.2 lpa
About the Role:
We're looking for curious, analytical, and growth-minded individuals who want to build a career in Performance Marketing. No prior experience is required-we hire for attitude, learning ability, and potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing Paid Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize with guidance.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare basic reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad creatives.
What we are looking for:
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA / BBA / Diploma (relevant specialization)
- Interest in digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership.
- Positive attitude and good English communication skills.
