Site Supervisor – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce
- Monitor work progress as per project schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers
- Ensure quality and safety standards at site
- Maintain site records and reporting
- Manage material usage and site discipline
Qualification:
- Diploma/Graduate preferred
Experience:
- 1–2 years in construction site supervision
Skills:
- Site management and coordination
- Basic knowledge of drawings and measurements
- Good communication and leadership skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- SITE SUPERVISOR: 1 year (Preferred)
- Civil : 1 year (Preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
