- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
- Explain project features, location advantages, and pricing details.
- Identify interested customers and convert them into site visit appointments.
- Follow up with prospects regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and site visit bookings.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled visits.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of telecalling and customer handling.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Fixed Salary: Based on experience.
- Incentives are paid only for site visits.
- Higher earnings based on the number of site visits generated.
