Key Responsibilities – Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
- Handle and manage incoming leads from various sources (calls, website, social media, references).
- Conduct initial client interaction to understand requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Maintain and update all lead details in Zoho CRM accurately.
- Perform lead qualification and screening before assigning to the design team.
- Coordinate with designers to share client requirements and schedule consultations.
- Prepare and share quotations using reference formats/templates.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Track lead status and move them through the pipeline (New → Qualified → Proposal → Closure).
- Convert leads into confirmed customers by effective communication and negotiation.
- Follow up on pending approvals and payments to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates throughout the process.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Execution, Accounts) for smooth client handling.
- Maintain proper documentation of client conversations, quotations, and payment status.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer handling / sales / CRM role (interior industry preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools.
- Strong communication and convincing skills (call + WhatsApp + email).
- Basic understanding of sales process and lead conversion.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Good coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- Target-oriented mindset with focus on lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Organized and detail-oriented in maintaining CRM data.
High-Impact Preferred Skills
- Background in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil / related field (or experience in similar services).
- Prior experience in interior, furniture, modular kitchen, or turnkey projects handling clients.
- Basic understanding of design concepts, layouts, and materials to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for designers.
- Knowledge of quotation structure, BOQs, and pricing logic in interior projects.
- Strong understanding of customer journey (lead → design → execution → delivery).
- Skilled in upselling and cross-selling interior solutions based on client needs.
- Experience in handling high-value clients and closing deals.
