Network Security Engineer (Zscaler) – 24x7 Operations

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Support
We are hiring Network Security (Zscaler) Engineers (L2/L2.5/L3) and a Team Lead to support a global 24x7 Security Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support:
- Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), including firewall capabilities
- Zscaler Digital Cloud (ZDC)
- Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC)
- Deception Technologies
- Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and configuration management.
- Implement and maintain security policies, firewall rules, and access controls.
- Support platform optimization, scalability initiatives, and advanced security use cases.
- Participate in a 24x7 operational support environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Network Security experience (higher experience for senior roles).
- Hands-on experience with ZIA, ZCC, and/or ZDC.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls, Secure Web Gateways, and Network Security.
- Experience troubleshooting production security and network issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred
- Experience with Deception Technologies.
- Exposure to Zero Trust Security, Cloud Security, and SIEM platforms.
- Relevant Zscaler or Security certifications.
