Structural Engineer (Sr level)
- Lead structural design, planning, and execution for construction projects.
- Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Review soil investigation reports and recommend suitable foundation systems.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve structural and construction-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to relevant IS Codes, building regulations, and project specifications.
- Optimize structural designs for cost-effectiveness without compromising safety and quality.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets related to structural works.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and client presentations.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and site teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in structural design and project execution.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structure design.
- Proficient in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and related software.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, quality standards, and construction safety practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
- Hindi-speaking candidates added advantage
- Willingness to relocate to Tiruchirappalli (Trichy) Tamilnadu
Pay: From ₹900,000.00 per year
