Job Summary
AKOI Marketing Hub Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you will engage with leads provided by the company, understand client requirements, and assist in converting prospects into customers by promoting our digital marketing services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and explain AKOI's digital marketing services.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations when required.
- Meet daily and weekly call and follow-up targets.
- Prepare daily activity and sales reports.
Eligibility
- Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
