Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager (Backend Operations) from the jewellery industry to manage international client coordination, order processing, and backend sales support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience working with global clients, and in-depth knowledge of jewellery products and export processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end backend sales operations for B2B clients (primarily international markets like the USA, Europe, Middle East).
- Coordinate with overseas clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings during night shift hours.
- Process and manage sales orders, quotations, invoices, and dispatch schedules.
- Work closely with production, CAD, and merchandising teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Maintain and update client databases, order status, and reports.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor order progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales analysis, and performance tracking.
- Support the front-end sales team with documentation and coordination.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales/backend operations, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Strong understanding of gold/diamond jewellery products, manufacturing, and export procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and ERP systems.

- Knowledge of jewellery CAD processes and production workflow.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
