Job Title: Public Speaking Teacher (Remote)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday (mandatory)
- Any 4 fixed hours/day of your choice between 3:00–9:00 PM IST
- Consistent schedule: MWF & TTS
Interview Process:
- Round 1: Telephonic screening (communication skills)
- Round 2: Zoom demo (PPT topic assigned, teach as if live to a child)
Class Formats:
- One-on-One: 35 mins
- Group (max 4 children): 60 mins
Compensation:
- ₹200–₹300/hour (performance-based, pro rata)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver strong demos and teach assigned classes
- Follow provided curriculum (no changes required)
- Sales team handles client acquisition & conversions

Professional & Technical Requirements
Exceptional communication, presentation, and confidence-building skills.
Clear English delivery with no mother tongue influence.
Strong technical readiness: Zoom proficiency, screen sharing, PPT handling, and stable internet.
Updated laptop (mandatory for all sessions).
Minimum Wi-Fi speed of 100 Mbps required; classes will not be allotted otherwise.
Professional, punctual, and structured approach to teaching.
Certifications and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communication, English, or Education (customize as per your background).
- Certifications in Public Speaking, Communication Skills, or Child Education (if applicable).
TESOL, Cambridge English Qualifications, DELTA, CELTA, Public speaking.
* Experience in teachings kids online is manadatory.
Per hour pay out for class - Rs.200 - Rs. 300
