About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and skilled Operation Theatre (OT) Nurses to join a leading multi-speciality hospital in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced nursing professionals to work in a dynamic surgical environment and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: CTC - ₹26,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Salary as per experience and expertise

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, and prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables for various procedures.
- Assist and scrub for surgical cases as required.
- Coordinate the use of supplies and additional equipment during operations while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct mandatory patient verification checks, including informed consent, patient identity, and operative site verification.
- Perform and document Procedure Safety Checklists.
- Complete mandatory surgical checks before, during, and prior to wound closure.
- Provide post-operative care to patients in the recovery room.
- Function effectively as both a Scrub Nurse and Circulating Nurse.
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure OT readiness at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: 1 to 15 years
Freshers are encouraged to apply
