*Job Summary* We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Executive (Ayurveda Sector) who can connect with potential customers, understand their concerns, and recommend the right Ayurvedic solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in Ayurveda / Cosmetics / Wellness / Fragrance products and a strong ability to convert leads into loyal customers through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities -Prospect and qualify leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email Understand customer concerns and suggest relevant Ayurvedic products Maintain and update CRM data regularly
Follow up consistently to improve conversion rates Coordinate with marketing team for campaign leads
Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets Build long-term relationships for repeat business Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales (Ayurveda / Cosmetics / Wellness / Fragrance preferred) Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English)
Good understanding of Ayurvedic products & customer needs Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
Experience in Telecalling / D2C sales / customer handling Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business Core Skills Lead generation & conversion Customer engagement & relationship building
Negotiation & closing skills Product understanding B2B & Outbound sales Bonus / Preferred
Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or personal care brands Prior work with startup or D2C brands
Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
Pay: ₹11,553.06 - ₹40,950.57 per month
