Job Responsibilities :
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Schedule appointments and manage bookings
Welcome customers and assist them at the reception
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Maintain customer records in the CRM system
Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook inquiries
Coordinate with the sales and operations team
Prepare invoices and assist with billing (basic computer knowledge required)
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
Requirements :
Graduate (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & basic English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM/WhatsApp)
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or reception is preferred
Ability to achieve follow-up and appointment targets
