Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff & maintain discipline
- Ensure food quality, presentation & consistency
- Maintain hygiene, food safety & cost control
- Manage inventory & reduce wastage
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management
- 3–5 years experience in hotel kitchen
- Strong leadership & team handling skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
Salary: As per experience + Duty Meals + PF/ESI
