We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, attract potential clients, and support the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT sales, client engagement, and online bidding platforms, with a strong ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold outreach, referrals, and professional networking channels.
- Manage and actively participate in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other relevant marketplaces to secure new projects.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable IT solutions that align with their business requirements.
- Handle the complete sales lifecycle, including lead qualification, proposal preparation, client communication, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets set by the organization.
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, development, and project management to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in business development, IT sales, client acquisition, or account management.
- Proven experience working with online bidding portals and generating business through digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar networking tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on achieving business objectives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
