Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining instructions.
- Perform tool setting, workpiece setting, and job alignment.
- Load and unload components and set cutting tools.
- Perform milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and other machining operations.
- Check dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and required surface finish of components.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine/tooling issues.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Pay: ₹13,542.62 - ₹35,614.85 per month
