Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers for laptops and assembled desktops
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable configurations
- Explain processor, RAM, SSD, GPU, and pricing differences in simple language
- Assist in basic configuration planning for assembled desktops
- Coordinate with billing and service team
- Follow store SOPs and update sales entries
