A growing international school in Goregaon West is looking for an energetic and dependable HR Executive who can take ownership of core HR operations while creating a positive employee experience for both teaching and non-teaching staff.
What You'll Be Responsible ForHR Operations & Compliance
- Managing PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory compliance.
- Handling ESIC claims and employee-related documentation.
- Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR correspondence.
- Managing joining formalities and employee induction programs.
- Coordinating confirmations, transfers, and employee exits.
- Handling termination processes and full-and-final settlements.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organizing birthday celebrations, staff gatherings, high-tea events, and team-building activities.
- Planning and coordinating training sessions for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Supporting initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has at least 2 years of HR experience.
- Understands payroll, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and HR compliance.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Enjoys interacting with people and building positive workplace relationships.
- Has demonstrated stability and commitment in previous organizations.
- Can work independently and take ownership of HR responsibilities.
Preferred Background
Experience in schools, educational institutions, EdTech, hospitality, healthcare, or service-based organizations will be an advantage.
