Role – Delivery Manager (Capital Market / Stock Broking)

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the planning and execution of strategic technology initiatives across our Capital Markets platform. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions for stock market products. The role requires strong program
management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver multiple
concurrent initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence

1) Delivery
Lead end-to-end execution of multiple technology programs across trading and investment products.
Define program roadmaps, delivery milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
Drive execution across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Information Security, Compliance, and Operations teams.
Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
Track program progress and proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks.
2) Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate execution across multiple product teams working on Equities, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, ETFs, Margin Trading, Derivatives, and Wealth products.
Manage inter-team dependencies and release schedules.
Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, and production rollout readiness.
Ensure alignment between business priorities and engineering capacity.
3) Regulatory & Compliance Programs
Drive implementation of regulatory initiatives from SEBI, NSE, BSE, CDSL, NSDL, and other regulatory bodies.
Coordinate timely delivery of mandatory compliance changes and regulatory releases.
Work closely with Compliance , Information Security teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
Monitor regulatory deadlines and ensure organization-wide readiness.
4) Stakeholder Management
Act as the central point of communication for program stakeholders.
Present program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Conduct governance meetings
Manage vendor and third-party delivery where applicable.
5) Risk & Governance
Identify delivery risks, technical challenges, and operational dependencies.
Develop mitigation plans and escalation strategies.
Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
Drive governance through dashboards , and executive reporting.
6) Process Improvement
Establish and improve program governance frameworks.
Standardize project planning, reporting, and release management processes.
Drive Agile best practices across multiple engineering teams.
Improve execution efficiency through metrics and continuous process improvements.
7) Production Readiness
Coordinate production release planning.
Ensure operational readiness across Engineering, QA, Support, Customer Service, and Business Operations.
Track post-production issues and lead retrospective reviews.
What you'll need to bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Product Operations.
Demonstrated experience managing large cross-functional technology programs.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with stock broking or trading platforms.
Knowledge of Indian capital markets, exchange ecosystems, and settlement processes.
Familiarity with SEBI, NSE, BSE, CDSL, NSDL, and exchange circular implementation.
Experience delivering trading, investment, or wealth management products.
Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
SQL
DBMS ( good to have)
Bonds and fixed-income products
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
