Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our car showroom team. The role involves assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, generating sales leads, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Generate leads through referrals, events, and local marketing activities.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in automobile sales, retail sales, banking, insurance, or customer service will be preferred.
