Shruthi Super Specialities is looking for a dedicated and responsible Duty Doctor (BHMS/BAMS) to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, monitoring admitted patients, handling medical emergencies, and coordinating with consultants and nursing staff to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' health conditions.
- Provide immediate medical attention during emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with specialists, consultants, and nursing staff.
- Monitor treatment progress and patient recovery.
- Conduct routine patient rounds and follow-up assessments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and medical standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Requirements
- Qualification: BHM or BAMS.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Duty Doctor.
- Good clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
