About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to build scalable backend systems, APIs, and automation workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing backend applications, integrating AI technologies, and creating efficient workflows using modern automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Build scalable and reliable backend architectures.
- Work with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
- Create automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make.com, or similar platforms.
- Integrate AI-powered solutions and workflow orchestration pipelines.
- Implement security best practices for APIs, authentication, and data protection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Required Skills
- 0–2 years of experience (including internships, freelance work, or strong personal projects).
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Java, or Go.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Firestore.
- Strong understanding of API development, backend architecture, and scalability concepts.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
- Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make.com, or similar tools.
- Understanding of AI/LLM applications and integrations.
- Knowledge of backend security fundamentals, including authentication, authorization, and API security.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of RAG systems, vector databases, and AI agents.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
