Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Repair Engineer with hands-on experience in chip-level repairing of mobile computers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware issues, ensuring efficient resolution of technical problems while maintaining proper documentation and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for mobile computers.
- Conduct L3 & L4 level chip-level repairing of mobile computer devices.
- Identify and resolve complex technical and hardware-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, diagnostics, and service activities.
- Provide basic email-based technical support when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of hardware issues.
- Ensure adherence to company service standards and quality processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: ITI in Electronics or B.Tech in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting and fault diagnosis techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good written communication skills, particularly for professional email communication.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and resolve problems efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
