Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Makeup Artist Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing professional beauty and makeup training to beauty advisors and retail teams across multiple locations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup demonstrations and practical beauty training sessions
- Train beauty advisors on skincare, makeup application, and product knowledge
- Organize workshops and hands-on training programs
- Develop training materials and beauty skill modules
- Monitor trainee performance and provide guidance for improvement
- Support store teams during product launches and promotional activities
- Ensure grooming and brand standards are maintained
- Stay updated with the latest makeup and beauty trends
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Makeup Artist Trainer
- Strong knowledge of makeup, skincare, and beauty techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and engage teams
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in beauty retail or cosmetic brands
- Strong practical training and workshop handling skills
- Professional grooming and customer interaction skills
Pay: ₹55,454.00 - ₹60,434.00 per month
