About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Executive to join our electronics manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet defined quality standards and specifications throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from specifications
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Conduct routine testing and validation of electronic components and assemblies
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and procedures
- Support audits and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Required Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in quality control (preferred)
- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits
- Knowledge of quality inspection tools and techniques
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of testing instruments (multimeter, etc.)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
