Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to help expand Seller Circle’s client base and strengthen our market presence.
The ideal candidate will own the complete sales funnel—from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding—while ensuring a strong pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts. This role plays a key part in driving Seller Circle’s growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, source, and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, events, and other channels.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline from inbound, warm, and hot leads.
Develop strategies and tools for effective outbound lead generation.
Sales & Client Acquisition
Follow up on leads promptly and drive them through the sales funnel to closure.
Conduct client pitch meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
Negotiate and finalize agreements to onboard new clients.
Event Networking & Representation
Represent Seller Circle at Amazon-related events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
Collect, qualify, and follow up on leads generated from events.
Build long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
CRM & Process Management
Implement and maintain CRM systems to track leads, conversations, and conversions.
Streamline sales processes for efficiency and transparency.
Provide regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and key opportunities.
Collaboration & Growth Contribution
Work closely with marketing and account management teams to align on client needs and service offerings.
Contribute ideas to improve Seller Circle’s outreach, positioning, and brand growth strategies.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or e-commerce services).
Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to independently manage outbound lead generation and follow-up cycles.
Comfortable attending events, networking, and representing the brand professionally.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
